Preview: Australia v Serbia

Australia needs a miracle to qualify, but I believe they will give their best against Serbia. Serbia has not been impressive in their first two matches. Their supposed to be solid defence commits silly mistakes in every match, and their forwards has not been as clinical as they should be. As long as Neill can froze out Zigic. Jovanovic and Krasic will be very ineffective as well. The Australian definitely stand a fighting chance agaist Serbia. This could be a very tough, but boring game to watch. I fancy Serbia to win narrowly in the end.

Player to watch (Australia): Lucas Neill
The captain has been superb against Ghana recently. He would need another solid display today to resist the Serbian attacking trio.

Player to watch (Serbia): Nikola Zigic
The tall forward flick on and hold up ball ability would be heavily relied upon to break the Aussies defence.

Prediction: Serbia to win 1-0
