The French marred with plenty of revolutions in squad lately. And there are rumours that some players including captain Evra would not play today to show their protest over sacking of Anelka from the squad. I think they have lot of problems against South Africa which eager to finish their world cup tour with a win. After the defeat against Uruguay, this team was brought down to earth and we can expect a better team work from them today. However they would miss their goalkeeper Khune who was suspended today. I fancy a narrow win for the host.
Man to watch (France): Hugo Lloris
With much uncertainty about the squad that would play today and with Toulalan suspended, the French defence would be tested by South African. Lloris has to come big for stop Mphela and his mates from scoring.
Man to watch (South Africa): Steven Pienaar
With the absence of Toulalan, Pienaar has to utilized the space available for him to provide some through balls to his forwards and sliced France defence wide open.
Prediction: South Africa to win 1-0
