The Slovakian proved to be no match to the big boys when they lose without giving a good fight against Paraguay. However in the Italian camp is not high currently. Gilardino and Marchisio continue to perform well below expectstion. Pirlo may return to the starting line-up today which could provide more cutting edge for the forards through his passing. Anyway his form could not be guaranteed after just returning from injury. I expect a tough game for Italian, but they will come in top with a narrow win.
Player to watch (Italy): Fabio Cannavaro
The center back performance has been highly criticized in the tournament so far. He would be target to attack for Vittek and Sestek. The captain has to play well today to avoid another slump for his sides.

The former Chelsea man is the exciting prospect in Slovakia team. He has just returned from injury, and could be a threat to Zambrotta down the wing.
